This role
The Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Marketing organization. This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing analytical reports and dashboards that track key marketing KPIs and performance trends for senior leadership.
In addition to reporting, this role will partner closely with the Marketing Analytics Senior Manager to develop predictive and statistical models that enhance customer targeting, improve campaign efficiency, and optimize marketing investment through Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and budget allocation analyses.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical rigor, curiosity about customer behavior, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regular marketing performance dashboards and executive reports covering KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and ROI.
- Collaborate with channel owners (Paid Media, CRM, Telesales, etc.) to ensure alignment of metrics and definitions.
- Drive the development, design and implementation of Marketing Mix Model (MMM), as well as assisting in scenario planning and budget reallocation recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
- Design Brand Marketing Experimentation/Geo-Testing to understand the incremental impact of our brand marketing investments.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of customer behavior, campaign performance, and channel effectiveness.
- Support the design and implementation of predictive models (e.g., propensity, churn, or response models) to enhance targeting and personalization strategies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Hex for dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of marketing measurement frameworks, including attribution, funnel metrics, ROI, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Experience in predictive modeling (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, time series).
- Familiarity with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and marketing budget optimization techniques is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with large data sets from sources like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and CDPs.
- Excellent data storytelling and visualization skills—able to simplify complex results for executive audiences.
- Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who can translate analytics into actionable strategies.
