Job Overview:
We are looking for an Operations/Stock Associate to support our team at the Shops at Santa Anita store in Arcadia. This role will support a smooth daily operations, including inventory handling, stockroom organization, and supporting the sales floor team when needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of operational activities which included, but are not limited to; process incoming shipments and receiving of merchandise.
- Ensure inventory control and accuracy by following proper procedures and best practice.
- Pull and pack fulfillments, unpack and tag specific boxes according to schedule
- Inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise, repricing and inventory count
- Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers.
- Maintain supply levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Store Director/Store Director.
- Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and stock room that meets both visual and operational standards.
- Greets and acknowledges customers with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Assists the management team with general housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for candidates with luxury fashion experience in sales and have knowledge of the luxury resale market
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience in stock or receiving, preferably in retail
