Plural is seeking an Investment & Strategy Associate to support underwriting, capital formation, and investment strategy across tokenized infrastructure assets. This role is ideal for someone with a background in infrastructure or energy investment banking who wants to help scale a modern investment platform at the intersection of capital markets and climate technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite renewable energy assets and portfolios, with financial modeling and structured analysisPrepare investor-facing materials including memos, pitch decks, and data room documentationSupport fundraising and diligence processes for funds and asset-specific offeringsWork across sourcing, product, and legal teams to ensure readiness for capital deploymentAnalyze and track asset performance and investment returns across the platformContribute to strategic planning around new investment vehicles, token structures, and product expansion
Qualifications1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure financeExperience supporting sell-side transaction processes, including preparation of materials and investor engagementAdvanced financial modeling skills and fluency in Excel (project finance, structured products, DCF)Excellent analytical writing and presentation skillsFamiliarity with the energy sector, tokenized finance, or capital structuring preferredFINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63 or 79) requiredExperience and willingness to use AI to enhance performance.
