The Opportunity:
Plural is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build the infrastructure that powers tokenized capital flows—from onboarding and compliance to real-time distributions and AI-driven insights. You’ll work across the stack to architect clean systems, integrate external services, and ship high-quality, production-grade applications. You will:
- Architect, build, and maintain well-structured APIs, backend services, and components across our python backends, EVM smart contracts, and React frontends infra using cutting edge design patterns.
- Integrate external systems like KYC, payments, banking, and wallet infrastructure into seamless investment workflows.
- Receive tight feedback loops and mentorship from the CTO and collaborate closely with product and leadership to ship quickly with high leverage.
- Help define core engineering patterns, and set a high bar for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Qualifications:
Required
- 3+ years of experience architecting, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications in a production cloud-native environment
- 3+ years of experience with Python or another modern server-side language
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js)
- Strong systems thinking and experience designing clean data models and service interfaces
- Hungry, driven self-starter with a track record of high agency and attention to detail
Bonus
- Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g. KYC, payments, custodians, etc.)
- Experience with Django, GCP, or Postgres
- Exposure to Solidity, LLM workflows, or other AI-native/DeFi-native systems
- Passion for climate, financial systems, or the future of infrastructure
