Plural is hiring an OnChain Business Development & Partnership Lead to drive investor participation and protocol integrations within the DeFi ecosystem. This role will own investment growth in Plural’s onchain products, manage key DeFi partnerships, and expand the reach of tokenized infrastructure across crypto-native capital networks.
The assets that produce, store, and consume electrons will define the next era of the economy. But today, financing these assets is slow, expensive, and fragmented—locked behind legacy intermediaries and limited access.
Plural builds the infrastructure to change that. We tokenize everything from solar projects to batteries to bitcoin mines, using smart contracts and programmable workflows to reduce friction and open access to capital.
On Plural, the nodes of a distributed grid are financed by a network of institutional, individual, and DeFi investors. This approach lowers costs, increases transparency, and enables scalable capital formation for the energy transition—trusted, composable, and built for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and scale partnerships with DAOs, DeFi funds, treasuries, and aggregators
- Launch and manage integrations with DEXs, lending protocols, vault ecosystems, and stablecoin platforms
- Structure token programs, staking models, and liquidity strategies to support onchain capital flows
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement listings and integrations
- Represent Plural in governance forums, Twitter Spaces, events, and DeFi ecosystem discussions
- Maintain strong relationships with DeFi-native allocators and protocol teams
- 5+ years in Business Development or Partnerships, with 2+ years in DeFi or crypto-native roles
- Existing network of DeFi protocols, DAOs, market makers, and ecosystem leads
- Experience structuring and executing listings, partnerships, and token integrations
- Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, vaults, staking, structured yield)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
- Experience and willingness to use AI to enhance performance.
