Conception
Commitment: Full-time
Experience Level: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or equivalent lab experience
We’re looking for an exceptional and hard-working Laboratory Assistant to support both histology workflows and day-to-day lab operations at Conception. This is a lab operations–focused, hands-on role for someone who thrives in the lab environment, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and is comfortable taking on a wide range of essential tasks behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is a professional-level lab assistant who has built their career supporting scientific teams—someone dependable, detail-oriented, and confident with core lab skills like pipetting and media prep. At a minimum, you must have prior lab experience and be able to use pipettes reliably.
While this role offers opportunities for cross-training and growth within lab operations, it is not currently structured as a path toward a scientific or research-track position. We’re looking for someone ready to commit to a 2-year role as part of our Lab Operations team, contributing meaningfully to the success of our R&D work through strong operational support.
